Festive Greetings & January Holiday

I hope you all enjoy the Christmas break and I wish you all the best for 2013. We'll be taking a break from Friday 4th. January 2013 to Thursday 10th. January 2013 (inc). Normal service will then be resumed. Got to say that it will be great to gather our thoughts before the Spring rush!! Based on last year's trading, this year promises to be another good one. Baby safe bears with a bespoke embroidery message for births, Christenings, Easter, Christmas, birthdays.....or just to tell someone how much you love them!! Vehicle Decals & Sublimation Ink Vinyl Printing

More additions to our product range are arriving by the week. Now supplying vinyl based vehicle graphics for all types of vehicle. From cars through vans to artics, we can satisfy your needs.

We've been applying transfer paper prints to garments for some time now. The results are initially excellent but do deteriorate with washing and ironing over the months. Although this option remains a cost effective way of reproducing complex multicoloured images, say for company promotional events, fun runs and holiday wear, we now supply sublimation ink printed vinyl patches which offer a permanent non-fading alternative to transfer print pressing. When ordering 10 or more patches, which we can heat press onto your garments, there is no origination/set-up fee. All we need initially is a quality image to work with.

Antique Walkers Beer Label Transfer Prints

We've acquired virtually a full set of original Peter Walker beer labels which we can transfer print onto tee-shirts and other cotton garments. A few are shown below to give you a flavour for what we can offer.

Don't forget that we already have a full set of George Shaw (Leigh, Lancashire) Brewery labels dating back to pre 1930!!

If that wasn't enough, we have a massive selection of images of bygone Leigh in both colour and black/white together with original versions of the Leigh Crest as an embroidery design and for transfer printing.

Good to see that our competitive pricing policy for hen/stag party tee shirts and tops has been very well received. For orders of ten or more printed self supplied garments we're able to do these at between £5 and £8 per garment dependant upon your requirements. Last weekend was manic and saw us take a record number of orders. And, even under this level of pressure, we manage to fulfil every order within two days!!!

We're getting asked to supply services we never anticipated and in trying to satisfy this demand shurtz is continually evolving. Watch out for sublimation ink printing, screen printing and more over the coming weeks.

Plus, we've standardised our discount rates for volume purchases rather than negotiate rates on a per order basis. Order 5-9 printed garments to get 5% discount with 10+ printed garments attracting 10%.

Business Stationary Now Available!

Following numerous enquiries, we have also decided to start supplying business stationery. Business cards, leaflets, letterheads etc. etc., in all qualities, styles and quantities. As a guide to our prices, we can supply (at the time of writing) 2000 satin finish 350gsm 85mm x 55mm business cards, single side printed in colour for just £52!!! Ordering, agreeing a proof design and payment can all be arranged securely on line for your convenience. Orders to be collected from Unit P21, Leigh Market Hall. Prices vary from time to time, so please ask for a fixed quote.

Quality Photo Transfers Added To The Range...

Following massive demand for photo/image transfer printing, we have decided to provide this new service with immediate effect. For the time being, we will ONLY be employing this process on white and pale pastel coloured garments. A few comments on this type of printing. The quality of the image is determined in the main by the quality of the original photo/image. The bigger the original photo/image size and resolution, the better. Stunning artwork = stunning result. Maximum print size is 210 wide × 297 mm high (A4 paper).

Garments printed in this way must be washed and ironed while inside out. However, the resultant print will never be as long lasting as a vinyl printed garment and deterioration over time is inevitable.

Day One Over!!!!

Okidoki! Day one went rather well....a good number of enquiries and three good orders! Got to say too, what a great set of people the market traders are. Salt of the Earth, they really are. Looking forward to seeing what day two will bring. Onward and upwards as they say.
